Ménage is composed of three women: Mary Ellen Bush, from Macon, GA plays upright and electric bass and guitar. Sarah McDonald, from Frederick MD plays guitar, banjo, and percussion. Allison King from Muscle Shoals, AL plays guitar, percussion and accordion.
Ménage presents an exciting and powerful live show with a sharp visual style that easily compliments energetic and original songs that really swing! Ménage has been compared to groups such as the Hot Licks, “Down from the Mountain’s” sirens: Allison Krauss, Emmylou Harris and Gillian Welch, Saffire and the Uppity Blues Women, and the Andrews Sisters.
